Have you ever had one of those really long dreams where it feels as if it will never end, and in fact you don't really want it to? You know the kind...it's so exciting and possibly even scary at times, but although something happens that briefly awakens you, you close your eyes again just as quick as you can to try and pick up from where you left off. You hope the dream will continue on and you'll get the girl in the end (or she'll get you, depending on the part you are playing :-) And even though you know that eventually you'll wake up, you hope that when you do, it will have all been worth it...that the dream will have ended just as you had hoped it would.

Isn't that just the way life is too? Sometimes we walk around half asleep, afraid to wake up. Afraid to open our eyes to see how it's all going to end up, not realizing that we have a part to play in this dream we call "Life".

In my dream, I am simply a very sensitive and loving soul occupying but for a short time this physical form called a body. I care about things on a level that even I find hard to describe at times. I feel things that can't be seen or understood by many. I am on a journey that never ends. A journey that leads to continuous growth and clarity interrupted at times by love, and occasionally by the pain that sometimes accompanies such love. I seek nothing, for to do so would focus the eyes on one thing, no doubt blinding me to the many other unknown possibilities that I as yet cannot begin to imagine exists.

This is my dream...
