You check out my youtube channel and figure out if my pursuit of preserving acoustic guitar styles or writing music feels interesting to you. Then you would of course drop me a line there. I would read it and then respond to you. We would determine together if we should proceed to a phone call , and exchange numbers. For instance, say my number is 619 575 1761, and you found my music or appearance appealing, you would call and say hi Dianne, I liked this or that about your music and thought we might have something in common. That would be like a first date to see if there would be a real time date. How's that for creative and spontaneous and honestly do I look 61? Have you noticed that musicians and music lovers seem to defy age? Maybe by now you are getting that I am first of all a writer, and songwriting is only one of the mediums I choose, but my favorite and most challenging one. Very chilly tonight on the coast here in Imperial Beach and I'm wondering how you are feeling right now, and if my words are more than words, because really they are....Words are the ocean of everything we set our tiny boat on and dare to find what we want and need in this great big world. Words are the way that the greatest minds of all time or the smallest and youngest child says, so that others may enter the world of who we are. Are souls eternal? Love is the single reason why the greatest accomplishments whether they be personal or public , get started and finished. Why should we persist in the face of obstacle or obstruction or uncertainty? Faith in a hope , faith in a wish, faith in a dream, let me give you this..... These are lyrics to one of my unfinished piano pieces, and as I write this I suddenly realize that maybe art is the ability to put our entire experience around another. Fon instance, I am writing a profile here, but I am also reminded of this song I wrote and the two become one experience, right now, in the present , even though the song was written and started long ago. All time frames are consecutive and present as if they are all one time, the present. Art gallops to the present, and makes the present more than it would be and so does love.

To learn about everything that interests me , and relationships interest me alot. In college, at Wright State University, my major was social work and people really do fascinate me. I have always found that a person is really a total world. The world of what they love , who they love and why, and what drives them in daily life.
Is it the love of money and what it can provide, is it the love of people or animals? The love of discovering oneself and what feels most a part of you? As a Native American Cherokee Irish Butch Woman, I find that the more I love and allow myself to love, the happier I am . I have also found that true love is acceptance of myself and others and everything , exactly as it is , right now, can bring great joy and relaxation and health.
